Marianne Paryente Marianne has worked in sales and the corporate field for over 20 years, her last position being on the board of a city Plc. She has spent most of her career dealing with the motivation and drive of others. She run motivational seminars for Audi Volkswagen and she has also run several sales teams in her own companies. Marianne is an accredited teacher in the Enneagram, trained by Helen Palmer and David Daniels - see official websites. http://www.enneagramworldwide.com It's a system of understanding motivation, behaviour and communication, and Marianne has been studying and working with this professionally and personally for almost 10 years.

Working in the HR field led Marianne to set up her own organisation, It's Personal, which has been running for 7 years. Her work has focused on behaviours first, process second. People and process needs to work hand in hand. She has assisted individuals and teams in managing better communication, including feedback, conflict management and giving information.

It's Personal use a number of methods, predominatly based on experiential learning, and the view is HOW it is done, and HOW it is said, as well as the key messages. She has been successful in every organisation she has worked in or run, and the key to this is to understand yourself and the people you work with.

She has travelled extensively, in Europe and the USA for the Enneagram, and one of the main thrusts of this system is now with senior directors, management and teams.

Marianne is currently working on a book, and is working with a college in the UK on the Enneagram, and in discussion to implement an enneagram class for sudents 16+ nationwide.
